**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Strong leadership skills, well-developed analytical and problem solving skills.
- Proficient with DDU-GKY SOP guidelines.
- Proactive, hard working individual.
- Demonstrated effective organizational skills, including the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong oral and written communication in (English and Hindi).
- Willing to travel as per project requirement.
- Experience in Center Inspections and SFs.
- Team supporting in running center operations.
- Monitoring quality control and audits.
- Planning of Center Inspection and mapping visits to the team.
- Preparation of designs for DDU GKY branding required for different centers and mailing the same to respective team.
- Regularly following the compliance of operational guidelines.
- Guiding and assisting center team for smooth conduction of assessments.
- Responding and accommodating the recurrent requirement of franchisee with respect to allocation of numbers, approval of new centers, planned and random visits by NSDC, SSC and Scheme implementation authorities.
- Supervising centers regarding mobilization, counselling, training, operational record keeping and compliance of DDU-GKY norms being followed by them or not.
- Providing Mobilization support of centers.
- Liaison with SRLM/TSA/CTSA/Other concerned authorities.
