**Job Profile
- Debt Collector ( US Process)**
**Qualifications
- Graduate Only**
**Experience - Minimum 1yr in Debt Collection**
**Shift
- 5 days working rotational shift**
**Salary - upto 30k CTC**
**Facility - Both Side Cab Facility**

**Key Responsibilities**

1. Contact debtors via call to collect outstanding debts.

2. Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements with debtors.

3. Investigate and resolve disputes related to debt.

4. Update and maintain accurate records of collection activities.

5. Meet or exceed monthly collection targets.

6. Adhere to federal, state, and company regulations and policies.

7. Communicate with internal stakeholders, including client representatives and management.

8. Perform skip tracing to locate debtors.

9. Utilize collection software and technology to manage accounts.

10. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

**Requirements**:
1. bachelor's degree

2. 1-2 years of debt collection experience

3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

6. Familiarity with federal and state collection laws and regulations (FDCPA, FCRA, etc.).

7. Proficient in Microsoft Office and collection software.
8. Should be experience in US Process in Debt Collection

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
