**Process - Customer support associate - Voice process**

**Work from office**

**Location: Sector 18, Gurugram, Haryana**

**Experience: Fresher and Experienced both can apply**

**Skillset : Excellent communication in both English and Hindi, No MTI or RTI, grammatical or pronunciation errors**

**Qualification: Graduate from any field**

**Salary - 18k to 22k Take home**

**Shift: 24/7 Rotational Shift ; 6 Days working, 1 Day Rotational Weekoff**

**Day shift for females till 8 pm/Window 8 to 10 for Female**

**Rotational shift for Male**

Interview mode:
HR Round

Versant 6 Certified

Written Assessment

Ops Round

Client Round ( Will be in Office)

Joining formalities; Joining

Key Responsibilities:
Keep track of assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts

Contact banks/collection offices/law firms to inquire of possible offers

Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans

Create trust relationships with creditors, when possible, to avoid future issues

Update account status and database regularly

Alert superiors of creditors unwilling or unable to work with us

Comply with requirements from our client

Requirements and skills:
Proven experience as debt collector / negotiator / debt settlement experience

Experience in working with targets and tight deadlines

Knowledge of relevant legal requirements - USA

Working knowledge of MS Office and databases

Excellent communication, drive, results focused, motivated and people skills

Apt in negotiating and persuading to closure

Ability to be professional, polite and compassionate without lacking confidence
