Team Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Team Coordination**:
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members.
- Organize and lead regular team meetings to discuss project progress, challenges, and updates.
- Ensure alignment of team members with project goals and deadlines.
- Provide support and resources to team members to achieve their objectives.
- **Work Report Management**:
- Collect and compile work reports from team members regularly.
- Analyze work reports to identify trends, progress, and areas requiring attention.
- Prepare comprehensive summary reports for management review.
- Offer constructive feedback to team members based on their work reports to enhance performance.
- **Order Status Updates**:
- Monitor and track the status of all orders from initiation to completion.
- Update relevant stakeholders, including clients and internal teams, on order status.
- Address any issues or delays in the order process promptly and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of order statuses and ensure data integrity.
- **Client Stock Communications**:
- Regularly communicate stock levels and updates to clients.
- Inform clients of any changes in stock availability or delivery timelines.
- Collaborate closely with the inventory management team to ensure accurate stock information.
- Provide detailed stock reports to clients as required.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a coordination or administrative role, ideally within the building materials industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
