- Assist in basic accounting tasks, such as invoicing, bill payments, and maintaining financial records.
- Act as a liaison between visitors, staff, and other departments.
- Communicate effectively with vendors, clients, and other stakeholders as needed.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies, ensuring stock levels are adequate.
- Support in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Coordinate logistics such as room bookings, catering, and audio-visual requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information related to both reception and accounts duties.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to accounting practices and data security.
