**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calls**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients/customers to promote products or services.
- Generate leads and follow up with existing or potential clients to convert them into sales or appointments.
- **Customer Interaction**:

- Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding services or products.
- Address customer complaints or concerns professionally, ensuring satisfactory resolutions.
- **Lead Generation & Follow-ups**:

- Identify and qualify leads from phone calls and convert them into potential business opportunities.
- Follow up on leads or previous inquiries to maintain strong customer relations.
- **Sales Support & Documentation**:

- Document and maintain accurate records of all calls made, customer inquiries, and follow-ups in the CRM or sales system.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, or calls for the sales team, if necessary.
- **Target Achievement**:

- Work toward meeting or exceeding set targets for call volume, customer satisfaction, and conversion rates.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Keep updated on the company's products or services to effectively communicate the benefits to customers.
- **Customer Feedback**:

- Gather and report customer feedback, providing insights to the management team to improve service offerings.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
- **Experience**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Ability to handle customer objections and inquiries in a professional manner.
- Good listening skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems is a plus.
