As a TELLECALLER in the educational industry, you'll be responsible for generating leads, answering inquiries, and enrolling students in courses, requiring strong communication, persuasive skills, and knowledge of educational programs

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Enrolling students for courses offered by the company.
- Handling Inbound and Outbound calls, follow up on Enquiry and database.
- Understand student requirement and guide the student to the right program fitting his / her requirement.
- Explaining eligibility criteria, admission procedures, course structure, course details.
- Ensure proper servicing is done for the students enrolled.

Required Experience and Qualifications

Education: Graduate mandatory

Excellent communication.
