GrowExx is seeking a **Certified Scrum Master**, who has prior experience of facilitating multiple teams in aspects of the Scrum framework with all artifacts and techniques.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage product / project’s scope and timeline
- Coordinate sprints, retrospective, planning meetings and daily stand-ups
- Participate in sprint reviews and capture feedback
- Manage scrum board and ensure that stories/tasks are up to date
- Coach team members in Agile frameworks
- Facilitate internal / external communication and effective collaboration
- Be the point of contact for all communications
- Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
- Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
- Help teams implement changes effectively
- Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
- Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity
- Help build a productive environment where team members ‘own’ the product and enjoy working on it

**Education and Experience**:

- B Tech or B. E. 1st Class from the top 100 institutes in India
- CSM or PSM certified
- 4 to 7 Years of relevant experience as Scrum Master
- Familiarity with software development
- Well-versed with JIRA and Confluence
- Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as the definition of done, user stories, automated testing, and backlog refinement)
- Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks (Crystal, XP, etc.)

**Analytical and Personal Skills**:

- Excellent Communication skills in English - both written and verbal
- Good in servant leadership skills
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Must have good logical reasoning and analytical skills
- Ability to break big goals to small incremental actions
- Excellent Communication skills in English - both written and verbal
- Demonstrate Ownership and Accountability of their work
- Great attention to details
- Positive and Cheerful outlook in life
