**Job Title: Field Representative - Drip Irrigation**

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct one-on-one meetings with farmers to discuss the benefits and disadvantages of drip irrigation.
- Promote the adoption of drip irrigation systems among farmers.
- Collect feedback and provide reports on farmers' responses and concerns.
- Travel to various locations to meet with farmers and conduct outreach activities.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum education: 10th or 12th pass.
- Must have a bike and a valid driving license.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Basic knowledge of drip irrigation systems and government subsidy schemes is a plus.
