Process: Chola Renewal of Insurance - Sales Process

**Salary**: ₹16,000 in-hand

Location: Immediate joining required

Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle customer interactions in Bengali, Assamese, Gujarati, or Odia for the insurance renewal process.

2. Effectively promote and sell insurance products to potential customers.

3. Manage customer queries, address concerns, and provide accurate information.

4. Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up to ensure closure.

5. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as assigned by the management.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Educational Qualification: Minimum HSC (12th Pass) or above.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in Bengali, Assamese, Gujarati, or Odia along with basic English communication skills.
- Soft Skills:

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Persuasion and negotiation skills to engage customers effectively.
- Ability to work in a sales-oriented environment.
- Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of using computers and CRM software is a plus.

**Experience**:

- Prior experience in sales or customer service will be an added advantage.

Job Details:

- Shift Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
- Work Schedule: Rotational week-off
- Employment Type: Full-time
