**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist students in understanding their academic interests and selecting suitable courses or programs.
- Provide personalized academic counseling to help students set and achieve their educational goals.
- Address students’ academic concerns, challenges, and questions effectively.
- Guide students on career pathways, educational planning, and skill development opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and confidential student records and track academic progress.
- Coordinate with faculty and administration to ensure student support is cohesive and effective.
- Conduct orientation sessions for new students, helping them understand available resources and academic processes.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Prior experience in academic advising or counseling, ideally within an educational institution.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and staff.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
- Organized, empathetic, and passionate about guiding students to succeed academically and personally.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with student management systems is a plus.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
