**Job Title**:Senior Academic Counsellor

**Responsibilities**:

- Counsel prospective students regarding academic programs, eligibility, and admission procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Provide guidance on career options and academic progression.
- Achieve admission/enrollment targets as set by the management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for smooth student support services.

**Key Skills & Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Education, Management, or related field).
- Prior experience in academic counselling, telecalling, or student support is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong listening, problem-solving, and persuasive abilities.
- Comfortable working with targets and deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace and CRM tools.
