Primary Roles

1. Manage and execute posting schedules for Facebook and Instagram, ensuring consistent content delivery.

2. Handle LinkedIn content posting, maintaining an active presence for client profiles.

3. Post regularly on Pinterest to engage the audience and increase visibility.

4. Manage Instagram Stories, ensuring frequent and relevant updates to drive engagement.

5. Handle Google My Business (GMB) posts to maintain an active client presence on the platform.

6. Prepare creative captions and hashtags for posts across all platforms to maximize engagement and reach.

7. Conduct regular client follow-ups via calls, documenting interactions with company names.

8. Monitor and reply to comments on client social media accounts to maintain positive engagement.

9. Set up new Facebook and Instagram profiles for clients, ensuring complete and accurate information.

10.Set up and manage new LinkedIn profiles for clients, keeping them updated and active.

11. Oversee the management of client LinkedIn profiles, ensuring consistent branding and content.

12.Set up new Google My Business profiles, ensuring accurate and optimized listings.

13.Maintain SOPs for each client, including password sheets, post management sheets, and folder setup.

14.Create Canva posts for clients, using pre-approved templates or creating new designs when needed.

15.Stay updated with new learnings and innovations in social media, incorporating them into client strategies.

Secondary Roles

1. Create graphic designs in Canva when needed, supporting content creation efforts.

2. Run Facebook Ads in the absence of the Facebook Ads Executive, ensuring seamless ad execution.

3. Review and ensure that all SOPs are followed by the team, including content, design, and client communication processes.

4. Handle client communication regarding social media strategies, content, and feedback to maintain satisfaction.

5. Collaborate with content writers, social media strategists, graphic designers, and video editors to ensure cohesive execution of strategies.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
