**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a dynamic **Social Media Executive** to manage our brand’s online presence. If you are creative, analytical, and passionate about digital trends, this role is perfect for you. Freshers with a **BBA/MBA degree** and a keen interest in social media marketing are encouraged to apply.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility.
- Manage and create engaging content for platforms like **Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter etc**.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, and influencer collaborations.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, hashtags, and algorithm changes.
- Handle customer interactions, comments, and DMs professionally.
- Coordinate with the creative team for visual content creation (graphics, videos, reels).
- Work closely with the marketing team to align social media strategies with business goals.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: BBA/MBA in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- **Freshers Welcome** : Training will be provided.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content trends.
- Basic knowledge of **content writing, Canva, and social media scheduling tools**.
- Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and team-oriented approach.
