As we expand our reach, we are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team and drive our retail business across India.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales & Marketing Strategy**: Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to increase market share and achieve sales targets across India.
- **Client Acquisition**: Identify and engage potential retail business dealers, establishing strong relationships to promote Mood of Wood products.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, understand market trends, and gather competitive insights.
- **Travel**: Travel extensively across India to meet potential and existing dealers, attend trade shows, and conduct promotional events.
- **Product Presentation**: Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of Mood of Wood furniture to prospective clients, showcasing the quality and sustainability of our products.
- **Negotiation & Closing**: Negotiate terms and conditions with dealers, closing sales deals to achieve revenue goals.
- **Customer Service**: Provide exceptional customer service to dealers, addressing their queries and concerns promptly and effectively.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and customer satisfaction to the management team.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and sales tools that support business development.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the furniture or retail industry.
- **Skills**:

- Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel extensively across India.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
