Job Description - Sales & Marketing Executive
Location: Faridabad, Delhi NCR (Hybrid: 3 days office, 3 days remote)
Reports to: Director of Operations & Strategy (India) and Founder (Global)

Elite Butlers is a global hospitality and lifestyle management agency, catering to HNI and UHNWI clients across India, the UAE, and beyond. We specialise in residential and corporate staffing (Butlers, House Managers, Private Chefs, Executive Assistants), bespoke event staffing, training solutions, and lifestyle concierge services.
Role Overview
Key Responsibilities
Sales Development
Identify, engage, and convert new clients (HNIs, corporates, luxury residences, event companies) in India & UAE.
Build and manage a pipeline of B2C and B2B leads, ensuring regular follow-ups and conversions.
Support client requirement mapping and present customised staffing/lifestyle solutions.
Marketing & Branding
Drive digital marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, and luxury networks.
Execute brochures, proposals, pitch decks, and social media content.
Organise client engagement initiatives, luxury networking events, and hospitality industry collaborations.
Client Relationship Management
Maintain excellent relations with existing clients; ensure high service delivery standards.
Serve as the bridge between operations and clients, ensuring smooth onboarding and satisfaction.
Cross-Border Growth
Support India-UAE business synergies by coordinating with the Dubai office.
Explore opportunities with luxury real estate, concierge companies, hotels, and event agencies.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in sales & marketing (luxury hospitality, recruitment, real estate, or premium lifestyle sectors preferred).
Strong communication skills (English fluency essential; Hindi and other languages an advantage).
Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms. Ability to work independently in a hybrid setup with accountability for results.
Well-presented, polished, and comfortable interacting with UHNWIs and corporate leaders.
