**Shift**: Evening (1:00 PM - 10:00 PM) / Night (8:00 PM - 5:00 AM)

**What This Position Is About**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Design social media graphics, posters, marketing creatives, and website visuals.
- Assist in developing branding materials such as logos, brochures, and banners.
- Ensure consistency of design across all projects and adhere to brand guidelines.
- Ensure excellence in all creative with a keen eye for typography & graphic design.
- Work efficiently while meeting deadlines.
- Collaborate with designers and research teams.
- Stay updated with design trends and industry best practices.
- Support basic video editing for promotional content.

**Who Can Apply**
- Freshers with a strong design portfolio.
- **Experience in Canva is Mandatory**:

- Basic proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (knowledge of Illustrator, InDesign & Premiere Pro is a plus).
- Creativity, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
- Understanding of color theory, typography, and layout design.
- Basic English communication skills for team collaboration.
