We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented **Graphic Designer** to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that align with globally located clients brand identity and captivate their audience. If you are passionate about design, have a keen eye for aesthetics, and are eager to bring fresh ideas to life, we’d love to hear from you.

As a Graphic Designer in our ITES (Information Technology Enabled Services) company, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality visual content that supports our client projects and revenue initiatives. You will collaborate closely with various teams, including marketing, content, and product development, to create designs that are not only visually appealing but also functional and aligned with business objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and execute creative and effective social media campaigns.
- Create visually stunning and engaging graphics, images, videos, and other multimedia content for our social media channels.
- Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all social media platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and social media best practices.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of social media content and make data-driven design decisions.

**Requirements**:

- At least 6months of professional experience in social media design or related roles.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your previous social media design work and branding concepts.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
- Excellent understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and their respective design requirements (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Experience with video editing and animation is a plus.
