**Key Responsibilities**:
**Interior Drafting**:

- Prepare detailed floor plans, elevations, and section drawings for interior design projects.
- Develop furniture layouts, lighting plans, and material specifications.
- Work closely with interior designers to ensure drawings reflect design intentions and client requirements.
- Produce 3D models and renderings to assist in design presentations and project approvals.**Civil Drafting**:

- Create detailed drawings for civil engineering projects, including site plans, road layouts, drainage, and utility systems.
- Prepare structural layout plans, foundation designs, and topographic maps.
- Coordinate with civil engineers to integrate design solutions and ensure compliance with local regulations and standards.
- Prepare as-built drawings and updates as projects progress.**Collaboration & Communication**:

- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and architects to ensure timely delivery of drawings and revisions.
- Attend project meetings to understand client needs and provide technical support.
- Ensure all designs adhere to regulatory standards and are compatible with the overall project scope.**Software Proficiency**:

- Utilize CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.) to produce high-quality drawings.
- Update and manage digital files and drawings in a well-organized system.
- Work with 3D modeling tools and visualization software for project presentations and design reviews.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Drafter in both interior and civil sectors (minimum of 2 years).
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other drafting tools.
- Knowledge of civil engineering and interior design principles, construction practices, and local building codes.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and comprehensive drawings.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
