**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Teaching and Curriculum Delivery**:

- Ensure alignment with the school’s academic standards and the relevant board (CBSE, ICSE, etc.).
- Use modern teaching methods and tools to enhance learning outcomes.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Design and conduct tests, quizzes, and practical exams to evaluate students' understanding.
- Provide constructive feedback and support to help students achieve their best potential.
- **Project Guidance**:

- Mentor students on academic and extracurricular projects, including software development, coding competitions, and research assignments.
- Encourage participation in IT-related events, such as hackathons and Olympiads.
- **Technology Integration**:

- Incorporate digital tools, programming platforms, and online resources to enrich the teaching-learning process.
- Stay updated on advancements in computer science and introduce them to the curriculum where relevant.
- **Administrative and Collaborative Roles**:

- Maintain student records, attendance, and performance reports.
- Collaborate with other faculty members for interdisciplinary projects and initiatives.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings, workshops, and faculty development programs.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Educational Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (mandatory).
- B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) or equivalent (preferred).
- **Technical Proficiency**:

- Expertise in programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, etc.
- Knowledge of databases, networking, cloud computing, and emerging technologies like AI and machine learning.
- Familiarity with tools and platforms for coding and project management (e.g., Git, IDEs, etc.).
- **Experience**:

- Minimum [X] years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level or equivalent.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent mentoring and leadership abilities.
- Adaptability to evolving technology and teaching methods.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
