**Key Responsibilities:Teaching & Learning**:

- Plan and deliver engaging art and craft sessions that integrate design thinking principles (Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, Test).
- Facilitate creative problem-solving projects that encourage students to explore real-world challenges through art.
- Use a variety of mediums (painting, sculpting, upcycling, digital design, etc.) to enhance students’ creative skills.
- Tailor lessons to meet the developmental needs of elementary and middle school students (grades can be customized).

**Curriculum & Planning**:

- Design lesson plans aligned with American curriculum standards and 21st-century learning goals.
- Collaborate with grade-level teachers to integrate design-based art projects into classroom themes or units.
- Develop rubrics and assessments that reflect both artistic process and critical thinking.

**Learning Environment**:

- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating art space that encourages exploration and risk-taking.
- Maintain art supplies, classroom displays, and student portfolios.
- Organize exhibitions or showcase events for student artwork.

**Professional Contribution**:

- Participate in school events, exhibitions, workshops, and interdisciplinary projects.
- Stay updated with global trends in art education, STEAM, and design thinking.
- Engage in continuous professional development and school trainings.
- Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Art Education, Design, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Certification in education or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Familiarity with design thinking frameworks (Stanford d.school, IDEO, etc.).
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Experience working with children in an international curriculum setting is a plus.
- Passion for arts, creativity, and student-centered learning.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
