**Key Responsibilities**:

- Organize and manage exhibitions, competitions, and seasonal displays.
- Encourage students' artistic development through constructive feedback and appreciation.
- Maintain an inventory of materials and ensure safe use of art supplies.
- Collaborate with other faculty members to integrate art into the broader curriculum.
- Participate in school events, workshops, and professional development activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts (B.A. in Fine Arts or equivalent) is mandatory.
- Master’s degree in Arts (M.A. in Fine Arts or related field) preferred.
- Minimum **3 years of teaching experience** in a similar role (preferably in reputed schools).
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Proficiency in multiple art forms and tools.
- Ability to inspire and connect with children of different age groups.
