**QA with ISO8583 Must have above average to strong experience:
- Simulator knowledge on authorization ISO8583 formats
- Build and manage ISO8583 test cases within an authorization simulator
- Knowledge to create complete testing scenarios
- Experience with mentoring and training on simulators
- Experience in test planning and defect management
- Experience in Functional testing, Integration Testing, and Regression Testing
- Ability to research/problem solve when the desired testing outcome of a testing is not achieved
- Analytical/Debugging/ Troubleshooting skills
- Experience in Test data management tools
- Exposure to Incident and Defect Management Tools

Good to have:

- Industry knowledge of payments processing
- Versed with SDLC/STLC process and experienced working in AGILE(Scrum) methodologies
- Experience in API testing using tools like Postman
- Identifying risk areas associated with functional and testing objectives
- Participate in analytical meetings to decompose business needs to functional requirements, estimate them and compose acceptance criteria
- Good understanding of SQL queries.
