**Job Title: Junior Advocate**

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist senior advocates in reviewing and drafting legal documents related to property acquisition, sale, development.court cases in various courts and brief the seniors
- Prepare court documents, memo, IA, follow seniors instructions, study the file, prepare the notes.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in law (LLB) is essential.
- Strong experience in real estate law, including litigation, lease transactions, property management, and purchase and sale transactions.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office programs.
- Knowledge of Kannada is mandatory for reading, writing, and speaking.

**Skills**:

- Drafting and vetting contracts and conveyance documents.
- Capable networker with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
