As a Marketing Executive at Lekha Interiors, you will play a key role in promoting our brand, expanding our client base, and increasing market share. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and sales growth.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to achieve company objectives and targets.

2. Identify target markets and segments, conduct market research, and analyze customer insights to refine marketing strategies.

3. Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, social media, print, and events.

4. Create compelling content for marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, website, and social media platforms.

5. Manage social media accounts and engage with followers to build brand awareness and foster community engagement.

6. Collaborate with the design team to showcase completed projects through photography, videography, and case studies.

7. Build and maintain relationships with clients, industry partners, and vendors to generate leads and referrals.

8. Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing activities, track key metrics, and prepare reports for management review.

9. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.

10. Support sales efforts by providing marketing collateral, attending client meetings, and participating in promotional events as needed.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

2. Proven experience in marketing roles, preferably in the interior design or architecture industry.

3. Strong understanding of marketing principles, techniques, and best practices.

4. Excellent communication skills with the ability to create compelling content and engage with diverse audiences.

6. Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and analytical capabilities.

7. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

8. Passion for design, architecture, and aesthetics.

9. Flexibility to travel for client meetings, events, and industry conferences as required.

10. Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to contribute to the overall success of the company.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
