Oversee the entire inventory management process for pharmacy-related materials, chemicals, equipment, and consumables.
- Maintain accurate stock registers (computerized) for chemicals, glassware, laboratory instruments, stationery, and other store items.
- Ensure proper storage practices to preserve the integrity and safety of sensitive materials (e.g., drugs, chemicals).
- Regularly monitor stock levels, prepare stock status reports, and conduct periodic physical verification of inventory.
- Plan and manage procurement of inventory in coordination with academic departments, based on syllabus and research requirements.
- Liaise with vendors, obtain quotations, and prepare purchase orders following the institution's procurement policies.
- Ensure that all receipts and issues of goods are documented accurately with appropriate approvals.
- Implement and maintain safety protocols for handling and storing hazardous materials.
- Manage the disposal of expired or unusable chemicals and drugs as per regulations.
- Assist in internal and external audits by maintaining up-to-date records.
- Train and supervise store assistants or helpers, if any.
- Support laboratory setups for practical sessions by ensuring timely availability of materials.
- Maintain strong coordination with faculty, lab technicians, and administrative staff.
- Stay updated on new materials, equipment, and inventory management practices related to pharmacy education.

Location: Wanadongri, Nagpur

Working Shift: 10:00 AM to 05:00 PM

Qualification: Any graduate

Pay: From ₹17,000.00 per month
