Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the inventory of raw materials, hardware, finished goods, and accessories.
  • Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming materials and supplies against purchase orders or invoices.
  • Maintain accurate stock records and ensure timely updating in the inventory management system.
  • Coordinate with production, procurement, and dispatch teams for timely material availability.
  • Monitor stock levels and initiate reorders to avoid stock outs or overstocking.
  • Maintain proper storage systems ensuring cleanliness, safety, and accessibility.
  • Prepare stock reports, consumption reports, and MIS for management review.
  • Conduct periodic physical stock audits and reconcile with system records.
  • Handle material issuance and return from production departments as per company SOPs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (2–3 years minimum) in storekeeping within the office furniture or modular furniture industry.
  • Strong knowledge of store/inventory processes related to furniture hardware, boards, and accessories.
  • Familiarity with ERP/inventory software (e.g., Tally, SAP, or similar systems).
  • Good organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10, ₹25,000.00 per month
