Pr and Marketing Intern

**Job Title**: HR Intern _[Stipend-based initially]_

**Location**: Pune

**Duration**: 6 months _(with possibility of extension or conversion to a full-time job after final exams)_

Zetta Women is a DEI-focused recruitment startup operational since 2019 in the hiring landscape in India. We worked with some MNCs in India and abroad. We also worked with startups since inception and helped set up teams. Our mission is to create inclusive workplaces for women and retired professionals by connecting diverse talent with forward-thinking organizations. We are gender agnostic, and we do work with people in their late 30s and 40s who have lost their job due to ageism as well.

**Job Summary**:
We're seeking an enthusiastic Marketing Intern who is passionate about the above causes and is ready to join our team which I am rebuilding. As a Marketing Intern, you'll contribute to various aspects of our partnerships with various organizations, CSR activities, collaborations, etc.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Sales and Marketing (40%)**:_

1. Research potential clients and identify business opportunities.

3. Participate in pitching for sales and client meetings.
- **Collaborations (40%)**:_

1. Collaborate with organizations for events / programmes
- **DEI Initiatives (10%)**:_

1. Research and recommend DEI best practices for clients later on after gaining insights into best practices.

2. Assist in creating inclusive job descriptions.

3. Develop and maintain diversity metrics and reports which will be taught over time.
- **Operations (10%)**:_

1. Maintain accurate records and databases.

2. Provide administrative support for events and workshops.

**Requirements**:
1. Currently pursuing or recently completed any graduation BBA/MBA/PGDM in Marketing or related field. Any other graduation is also fine w/o PG as long as you are keen on a career in HR and have people skills.

2. Excellent English communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

3. Ability to work in a demanding environment. If you love to make reels and spend time on the social media, please do not apply. You might be sacked without any compensation if your habits / indulgences are contrary to our expectation.

4. Passion for DEI and creating inclusive workplaces.

**Desirable Skills**:
1. Experience with sales or marketing. Competent to call up companies and talk to HR Head / Director / others, for business.

2. Knowledge of MS Office / Digital Marketing

3. Familiarity with diversity and inclusion frameworks. Not compulsory though. You can check some stuff online after joining. Good to be updated.

1. Competitive initial stipend (₹5,000 per month initially for 1st three months, and _based on performance_, an increment in multiples of 5000 _per quarter_)
