We are a dynamic Digital Marketing Agency helping brands grow their presence online and offline. We are looking for a proactive and creative **PR & Marketing Intern** who can support our marketing team in building strong connections, handling PR activities, and assisting with client campaigns in Pune.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in creating and executing PR and marketing strategies to increase brand awareness.
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, media, and influencers in Pune.
- Support the team in planning and promoting events, campaigns, and collaborations.
- Research and identify opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and networking.
- Help in preparing marketing content, press releases, and promotional materials.
- Assist in lead generation, client communication, and follow-ups.
- Monitor and report competitor activities and market trends.

**Key Requirements**:

- Must be based in Pune with **good local contacts/network**.
- Strong **communication, negotiation, and convincing skills**.
- Passion for Public Relations, Marketing, and Brand Building.
- Creative thinker with knowledge of social media and digital marketing trends.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior internship/experience in PR, marketing, or events will be an added advantage.
- Open to freshers with strong networking and communication abilities.
