MIS Executive - Logistics Job description

The MIS Executive in Logistics is responsible for developing and maintaining the management information systems that support logistics and supply chain operations. This role involves data analysis, reporting, and collaborating with various departments to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making.

**Responsibilities**:
Ø Collect, maintain, and analyse data related to logistics operations, Ensure accuracy in management information systems.

Ø Utilize Management Information System (MIS) to generate reports and analyse data to drive informed decision-making with few manual interventions.

Ø Punching the indents in the WMS for the daily PDP.

Ø Monitor and record all the logistics activity across the stores EBO and ECOM.

Ø Work closely with various stake holders to ensure data alignment and support decision-making.

Ø Facilitate communication between departments to ensure data alignment and reporting consistency.

Ø Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics operations.

Ø Need to take care of the E-invoices from the warehouse and the store request to be closed and shared with them on priority basis.

Ø Reports must be flashed on a daily basis, weekly basis and monthly basis.

Ø Co-ordinate with 3rd party logistics and get the details and prepare a MIS.

Ø End to end track of parcels to be taken care of if any misses need to report the line manager.

**Qualifications**:
Ø Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field

Ø Previous experience in logistics or supply chain management is preferred.

Ø Familiarity with logistics software and management systems.

Ø Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
