**Position Summary**

As a Videographer and Editor, you will play a vital role in the Talking Threads marketing team. You will be responsible for producing high-quality video content that aligns with our brand story and aesthetic. This role involves both shooting captivating visuals and editing them into impactful narratives that engage our audience, drive brand awareness, and enhance our digital presence.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Content Creation**: Film and edit video content, including but not limited to behind-the-scenes footage, interviews with Pearl Uppal and team, process documentaries, promotional videos, and social media clips.
- **Storytelling**: Collaborate closely with the creative and marketing teams to storyboard and execute video projects that effectively tell the Talking Threads story, emphasizing creativity, craftsmanship, and the brand's values.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Operate and maintain professional video, audio, and lighting equipment. Ensure all content is produced to a high standard, reflecting the luxury and quality of the Talking Threads brand.
- **Post-Production**: Handle all aspects of post-production, from editing video and audio to adding graphics and effects, ensuring a polished and cohesive final product.
- **Brand Consistency**: Ensure all video content is consistent with our brand identity, messaging, and marketing goals. Work in alignment with brand guidelines to maintain the visual aesthetic of Talking Threads.
- **Trend Awareness**: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in video production and social media content, suggesting innovative ideas to keep our content fresh and engaging.
- **Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with the marketing team and external partners to develop and execute video marketing campaigns. Provide support on shoots, including but not limited to direction, lighting, and sound.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a videographer and editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills.
- Expertise in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and motion graphics (e.g., Adobe After Effects).
- Excellent storytelling capabilities, with the ability to convey complex ideas in an engaging visual format.
- Strong understanding of digital content trends and social media platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, adhering to deadlines.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for creativity.
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, or a relevant field is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
