**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Videography**:

- Plan and shoot **property walkthrough videos, project highlights, client testimonials, and lifestyle videos.**:

- Capture aerial footage and cinematic shots of properties and amenities.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop creative concepts for property launches and campaigns.
- Ensure professional lighting, framing, and audio quality in all shoots.

**Video Editing**:

- Edit raw footage into **engaging short-form and long-form videos** for social media, websites, and YouTube.
- Add **music, graphics, captions, motion effects, and transitions** to enhance visual appeal.
- Maintain a consistent brand tone and visual style across all video outputs.
- Optimize videos for **YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and Facebook Ads.**

**Creative Direction**:

- Develop new video ideas that attract and engage property buyers.
- Stay updated with **real estate video trends** and social media best practices.
- Collaborate with photographers, designers, and sales teams to produce impactful marketing content.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a **Videographer & Editor**, preferably in **real estate or luxury brand marketing**.
- Proficiency in **Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.**:

- Knowledge of **camera operations, drone videography, and lighting setup.**:

- Strong storytelling, composition, and editing sense.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Basic understanding of **digital marketing and video SEO** is a plus.
