**Job Title**: Customer Care Executive

**Experience Required**: Minimum 2 years in a clinic, hospital, or healthcare customer service role

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet patients and visitors in a warm, courteous manner
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups
- Maintain and update patient records in the clinic management system
- Guide patients through registration, billing, and payment processes
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other staff for smooth patient flow
- Handle patient feedback, concerns, and escalate issues where necessary
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information at all times

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a clinic, hospital, or healthcare customer service role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, Bengali
- Proficient in MS Office and clinic management software
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Well-groomed and presentable appearance
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology preferred

**Work Schedule**:
timings -Shifting duty

**Education**:

- Minimum Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Healthcare Administration or related field)

**Salary Range**:
To be specified based on experience and clinic policy

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
