**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Develop and Deliver Training Programs**:

- Design and conduct engaging training sessions based on SOPs and business processes.
- Ensure that training content is up-to-date and aligned with current operational procedures.
- **Collaborate with Stakeholders**:

- Work closely with the Operational Excellence team to gather the latest updates on SOPs.
- Partner with department heads to identify training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
- **Create Training Materials**:

- Develop high-quality training materials, including presentations, handouts, e-learning modules, and guides.
- Utilize various training methods such as classroom sessions, on-the-job training, and virtual workshops.
- **Assess and Improve Training Effectiveness**:

- Collect feedback from participants to evaluate the effectiveness of the training programs.
- Continuously refine and improve training methodologies based on performance metrics and feedback.
- **Maintain Training Records**:

- Keep detailed records of training sessions, attendance, and employee progress.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external audit requirements.
- **Provide Ongoing Support**:

- Offer post-training support to employees to reinforce learning and foster continuous improvement.
- Conduct refresher courses or additional sessions as needed.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 2 years as a corporate trainer or in a similar role.
- Proven experience in delivering SOP and process-based training programs.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to simplify complex procedures and engage diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in creating training materials using tools such as MS PowerPoint, Google Slides, or similar.
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and Learning Management Systems (LMS).

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification in training and development (e.g., Train the Trainer, CPTD, etc.).
- Experience in a process-driven or regulated industry.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design techniques.
