**Position: Non IT Recruiter-Remote**

**Location: Remote**

**Requisites**:

- Bachelor's/ Master's degree in HR or related field.
- 2-3 years of recruitment experience in Manufacturing Field (Purchase, Quality, Design, Maintenance Function).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with recruitment tools and platforms, such as LinkedIn, Naukari and Indeed applicant tracking systems
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

**Responsibility**:

- Develop recruitment strategies and plans for non-technical roles
- Work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions
- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires
- Maintain recruitment data and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers and HR team on recruitment progress

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Master's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Non IT Recruitment: 2 years (preferred)
