Male Hairdresser

As a Male Hairdresser at LAD&LASS Salon, you will be responsible for providing high-quality hair services to our clients. Your expertise in cutting, styling, and grooming will contribute to creating a positive experience for our customers. We are looking for someone with a passion for hair care, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Hair Cutting and Styling**:

- Perform haircuts, trims, and styling according to client preferences.
- Stay updated on current hair trends and techniques.
- Provide personalized recommendations based on individual hair type and face shape.
- **Coloring and Treatments**:

- Conduct hair treatments (e.g., conditioning, keratin treatments) as needed.
- **Shaving and Grooming**:

- Offer shaving services (beard trims, clean shaves) for male clients.
- Provide grooming advice and product recommendations.
- **Client Consultations**:

- Consult with clients to understand their hair goals and preferences.
- Provide professional advice on suitable hairstyles and maintenance.
- **Sanitation and Cleanliness**:

- Maintain a clean and organized work station.
- Sterilize tools and equipment after each use.
- Follow salon hygiene protocols.
- **Customer Service**:

- Create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for clients.
- Listen actively to client requests and concerns.
- Ensure client satisfaction by delivering exceptional service.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Rotational shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Hair styling: 2 years (preferred)
- Hair Coloring: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 2 years (preferred)
