  • Key Responsibilities:Consult with clients to understand their hair loss concerns and recommend suitable patching or hair replacement solutions.
  • Apply, style, cut, and maintain hair patches (synthetic or natural) for men and women.
  • Perform regular servicing, cleaning, and re-fixing of hair patches.
  • Cut and style natural and artificial hair to match client preferences and existing hair.
  • Educate clients on the use and maintenance of their hair patches.
  • Ensure proper hygiene, sterilization of tools, and cleanliness of the workspace.
  • Maintain accurate client records, preferences, and service history.
  • Stay updated with trends and techniques in hair patching and hair replacement services.
  • Upsell hair products and hair care solutions as per client needs.
  • Requirements:Proven experience as a hair dresser, ideally with specialization in hair patching or non-surgical hair restoration.
  • Knowledge of different types of hair patches (lace, silicone, mono, etc.)
  • Ability to cut, style, and blend hair patches naturally.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of scalp health and hair care.
  • Certification or training in hair patching/hair dressing is preferred.
  • Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
  • Team player with a professional appearance and attitude.
  • Preferred Qualifications:2+ years of experience in a salon or clinic specializing in hair replacement.
  • Cosmetology or hairdressing certification from a recognized institution.
  • Experience working with both male and female clients.
  • Work Environment: Salon or clinical setting.
  • May require standing for long periods.
  • Use of tools such as scissors, trimmers, adhesives, and blow dryers.
