We are seeking a talented & well-experienced architect with 3-6 years of experience

Job Responsibilities:

- Meeting with clients and determining their needs and requirements
- Adjusting designs and plans to meet the client’s needs.
- Preparing drawings, Specifications, and construction documents.
- Complying with safety standards and local planning regulations.
- Determining and adhering to budgets and timelines.
- Managing project teams and collaborating with other construction professionals.

Job requirements:

- Degree in Architecture
- Excellent technical drawing skills
- Knowledge of software programs such as AutoCAD, Sketch up, Lumion, Blender, 3 D max
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills
- Strong creative and visualization skills
- Previous work experience as an Architect preferred

Education and qualification:

- Degree in Architecture

**Salary**: From ₹30,000.00 per month

- Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
