Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Trainee Assistant
for our Costing & Budgeting department. As a fresher in this role, you will
have an excellent opportunity to learn and grow in a supportive environment.
You will work closely with our experienced team to gain valuable insights and
practical experience in the field of costing and budgeting.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the preparation and analysis of cost estimates for
various projects.
2. Support the budgeting process by collecting and compiling
relevant financial data.
3. Review and analyze financial reports to identify
discrepancies and propose solutions.
4. Collaborate with team members to develop accurate cost
projections and budget plans.
5. Participate in meetings and discussions to enhance your
understanding of costing and budgeting principles.
6. Learn to use financial software and tools effectively to
manage and monitor costs.
7. Assist in ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned by
supervisors.
8. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to
costing and budgeting activities.
**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
3. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software
is a plus.
5. Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
6. Eagerness to learn and develop skills in costing and
budgeting.
7. Prior internship or coursework related to costing and
budgeting is preferred.
