**Job Title: Junior Executive - Back Office & Digital Sales**

**Job Type: Full-Time | Office-Based**

**Freshers Welcome | On-the-Job Training Provided**

**What You’ll Do**:

- Assist in day-to-day back office operations and reporting
- Support our team with documentation, follow-ups, and data entry
- Learn and grow in areas like digital communication, CRM tools, and client handling

**You Should Have**:

- Basic computer & internet skills
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn new things
- Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
- Strong communication and customer service abilities in Hindi and basic English
- Sales experience or aptitude
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in telecommunications industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
