**Job Title**: Office Admin Manager
**Location**: Mumbai
**Reports to**: CEO & CFO
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Office Operations**: Ensure smooth daily office operations, including organizing office supplies, maintaining office equipment, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
- **Administrative Support**: Provide general administrative support to staff
- **Inventory Management**: Track office supplies and equipment, order replacements as necessary, and manage office budgets.
- **Documentation & Filing**: Maintain physical and digital filing systems, ensuring all documents are organized, secure, and easily accessible.
- **Client and Vendor Relations**: Serve as a point of contact for clients, vendors, and visitors and getting 3 quotations for respective office materials from each vendor
- **Event Coordination**: Assist with organizing office events, meetings, and conferences as required.
- **Health & Safety**: Ensure the office complies with safety regulations and is a comfortable, safe work environment.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Must be a Graduate in any field
