**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the **digital marketing strategy** for the company, focusing on growth across **SEO**, **social media**, **content marketing**, and other online platforms.
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility, drive traffic, and enhance customer engagement.
- Manage and optimize the company’s **SEO strategy**, ensuring continuous improvements in organic search rankings.
- Create and oversee **social media strategies**, content calendars, and promotional campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Analyze digital marketing performance using **analytics tools** (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) and prepare detailed reports on campaign performance and ROI.
- **Lead cross-functional teams**, collaborating with designers, content creators, and other stakeholders to ensure campaigns are aligned with brand goals and executed on time.
- Manage the **digital marketing budget**, ensuring campaigns are cost-effective while maximizing reach and engagement.
- Innovate and implement new **digital marketing technologies** and strategies to keep the company ahead of digital trends.
- Drive **lead generation** and conversion strategies, focusing on optimizing the customer journey and increasing sales.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, helping to develop their skills and expertise in digital marketing.

**Key Requirements**:

- **5+ years of experience** in **digital marketing**, with at least **2+ years in a leadership or managerial role**.
- Proven expertise in **SEO**, **social media management**, **content creation**, **online advertising**, and **digital analytics**.
- Strong leadership skills with experience leading and managing cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in **analytics platforms** (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs) and the ability to use data to make informed decisions.
- In-depth knowledge of **digital marketing trends**, platforms, and tools.
- Experience with **budgeting** and cost-effective **digital campaign management**.
- Ability to think **creatively** and **analytically** to drive **business growth**.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- **Excellent communication** and **team collaboration skills**.
- A passion for **digital excellence** and **continuous learning**.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- A degree or certification in **Marketing**, **Business**, **Digital Marketing**, or a related field.
- Experience with **PPC** (Pay-Per-Click) campaigns, **Google Ads**, **Facebook Ads**, and other digital advertising platforms.
- **Creative design skills** or experience working with design teams to develop compelling digital content.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
