Key Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound/inbound calls to customers who wish to discontinue services/products.
2. Understand customer concerns and provide suitable solutions to retain them.
3. Explain product/service benefits, offers, and upgrades to encourage continued association.
4. Record customer feedback and update CRM systems accurately.
5. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly retention targets and conversion ratios.
6. Escalate complex issues to the concerned team for quick resolution.
7. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
8. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and confirm continued engagement.
Skills & Competencies:
1. Excellent communication and persuasive skills (both in English and local language).
2. Strong listening ability and customer-centric approach.
3. Problem-solving attitude with the ability to handle objections.
4. Confidence in handling high-pressure situations and achieving targets.
5. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/telecalling tools.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
