**Job Overview**

We are seeking a proactive and articulate **Tele-Counselor** to connect with builders, site engineers, and project managers regarding Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) and Water Treatment Plant (WTP) projects. The counselor will be responsible for explaining the benefits and technical aspects of these systems, addressing client inquiries, and ensuring smooth communication between the company and its clients. This role will also involve following up on payment status and addressing any client concerns related to project execution or financial transactions.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Client Communication**: Call and engage with builders, contractors, and site engineers to discuss STP and WTP project requirements, progress, and any updates.
- **Product Counseling**: Explain the technical aspects, benefits, and features of STP and WTP systems in a clear and concise manner. Answer queries related to installation, functionality, and maintenance.
- **Payment Follow-up**: Monitor and follow up on pending payments from clients. Ensure timely receipt of payments and address any payment-related issues or concerns.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Maintain positive relationships with clients, providing regular updates on project status, technical issues, and post-installation support.
- **Documentation & Reporting**: Keep detailed records of client interactions, project discussions, and payment status. Provide regular reports to the Sales and Accounts teams.
- **Issue Resolution**: Handle any concerns or complaints from clients professionally, ensuring swift resolutions in collaboration with internal teams.
- **Collaboration with Sales Team**: Support the Sales team by gathering feedback from clients regarding their experience with the product and addressing any gaps in service or knowledge.
- **Customer Retention**: Engage with clients to ensure satisfaction, identify future business opportunities, and promote additional services when appropriate.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred (relevant experience may be considered).
- **Experience**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in technical sales, client management, or tele-counseling.
- Experience in the water treatment, construction, or infrastructure industry is an advantage.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, especially over the phone.
- Strong understanding of STP and WTP systems (technical training will be provided).
- Ability to handle client inquiries and objections professionally.
- Proficiency in basic accounting or payment follow-up processes.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and basic office software.

**Preferred Skills**
- Experience in tele-sales or tele-counseling, particularly in the construction, infrastructure, or environmental sector.
- Technical knowledge of STP and WTP systems.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
