**Key Responsibilities**:

- Teach English to senior secondary classes (11th & 12th) in accordance with the State board curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and assessments that meet academic standards.

- Evaluate student performance through classwork, homework, examinations, and projects.

- Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and school management.
- Maintain proper student records and contribute to academic planning and department meetings.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Master’s Degree in English from a recognized university.
- B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory.
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with online teaching platforms and digital tools is a plus.
- Strong classroom management and lesson planning abilities.
