**Job Summary**:
The PGT English Teacher is responsible for teaching English language and literature to senior secondary students (Grades 11-12). The teacher will design engaging lesson plans, develop students’ critical thinking and communication skills, and prepare them for board exams, competitive tests, and higher education.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lesson Planning & Instruction**:

- Plan and deliver lessons in English literature, grammar, writing, and communication skills.
- Analyze and teach prescribed texts (poetry, prose, drama) as per the curriculum (CBSE/ICSE/State Board/IB).
- Foster reading, comprehension, and analytical skills through discussions and assignments.
- Use modern teaching methodologies, including digital tools, to enhance learning.
- **Student Assessment & Evaluation**:

- Conduct regular assessments, quizzes, and assignments to evaluate student progress.
- Provide constructive feedback to improve writing, speaking, and critical analysis skills.
- Prepare students for board exams, language proficiency tests, and competitive exams.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Create an interactive and engaging learning environment.
- Encourage students to express themselves through debates, essays, and creative writing.
- Address different learning styles and provide additional support where needed.
- **Parental Communication**:

- Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student progress.
- Provide guidance on improving English proficiency at home.
- **Collaboration & Professional Development**:

- Work with faculty members to integrate interdisciplinary learning.
- Participate in workshops, training, and school events.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in English literature and language teaching.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
