**Position Overview**:
As a Sourcing Executive at Life Circle, you will play a crucial role in the recruitment and staffing process as well as managing the client service for our homecare services focused on seniors. There are 2 aspects of your job. Your primary responsibility will be to source, attract, and onboard qualified caregivers and nursing professionals. You will also be responsible to place the suitable staff to the clients home as and when required. You will work closely with the Care Manager and Onboarding team to ensure the seamless staffing of qualified personnel, maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations and company standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with operational managers to understand staffing needs and define job requirements for open positions.
- Ensure compliance with company’s process in all staffing processes.
- Develop and maintain a talent pool of qualified caregivers and nursing professionals.
- Coordinate and conduct orientation and training programs for new hires to equip them effectively for their roles.
- Provide support and guidance to Caregivers and Nursing professionals related matters and policies.

**Qualifications**:

- Post Graduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Work, Health Care or a related field.
- A bachelor's degree in a health related stream. Like Nursing, Lab Technician Course etc.
- Proven experience in recruitment, staffing, or HR-related roles, preferably in healthcare or homecare services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with recruitment software or applicant tracking systems.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
