**Responsibilities**:

- **Greeting and Seating**: Welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, manage reservations, and ensure efficient seating in the restaurant.
- **Guest Assistance**: Provide information on menu items, specials, and any promotions. Assist guests in making menu selections when necessary.
- **Reservation Management**: Coordinate with the restaurant staff to manage reservations and ensure optimal table turnover.
- **Communication**: Liaise with the kitchen and waitstaff to maintain smooth communication and ensure timely service.
- **Guest Satisfaction**: Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- **Maintaining the Lobby Area**: Keep the lobby and waiting areas clean and organized, creating an inviting atmosphere for guests.
