**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to grasp project requirements, target audiences, and campaign objectives, ensuring designs align with strategic goals.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies to keep our digital content fresh and engaging.
- Work in tandem with team members, including content creators, developers, and project managers, to maintain a cohesive visual style and messaging across all digital channels.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from concept to execution, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality.
- Provide expert design advice and guidance to team members and clients, enhancing overall project outcomes.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas and concepts that boost brand engagement and conversion.
- Continuously seek ways to improve design processes and outputs, contributing to the agency's overall success and growth.
- Understanding of custom coding for website development would be a valuable addition to the role,

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of digital design work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with UI/UX design principles.
- Excellent visual design skills with an eye for detail and sensitivity to user-system interaction.
- Creative thinking abilities with the capacity to justify concepts to clients and team members.
- Experience with motion graphics and video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro) is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate design concepts and solutions effectively.
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet evolving project requirements and deadlines.
- A passion for digital trends and a commitment to personal growth and development in the digital design field.
