**About the role**:
Our Corporate Marketing team designs marketing programs to help prospective customers understand how Gartner’s insights, advice, and tools can help them achieve the mission critical priorities that drive organizational performance. The team accelerates sales activity by attracting, engaging and converting prospects through the delivery of compelling Gartner insights and experiences across the buyer’s journey. We are currently seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our Lead Enrichment team. The Marketing Associate will be responsible for validating, cleansing, appending, correcting and routing inbound leads to the appropriate sales reps.

**What you will do**:

- Manage lead volume for your product and geographical areas
- Gather data about sales leads from various sources including ZoomInfo and Dun & Bradstreet; verify data accuracy; and enter it into systems
- Provide quick, accurate lead routing to improve assignment accuracy and the speed at which the leads get to sales reps
- Collaborate with the Master Data Management team within IT to get new accounts created
- Collaborate with the Territory Management team in HR and the Territory Planning & Analytics team in Finance to ensure accounts are in the right territory
- Work toward continuous process improvements & automation to seek additional efficiencies
- Respond to questions about leads and lead assignment

**What you will need**:

- BS/BA degree required
- 1-2 years of experience
- Relevant marketing or data entry experience preferred
